Textiles distributed by Innovasia, Inc. and its subsidiaries under the Innovasia Contract, Workspace and Acoustic brands meet the standards of the Association of Contract Textiles (ACT). See www.contracttextiles.org for more information.

Innovasia Fabric Guarantee
Innovasia, Inc. warrants for a period of three (3) years from the date of its invoice that woven fabric will not suffer “wear through” in normal indoor use by the original end-use customer. “Wear through” means a hole caused by disintegration of the fabric’s structure in a particular area as a result of abrasive wear. Should a failure to conform to this warranty appear in the Fabric during the three-year warranty period, Innovasia will replace the affected Fabric at its expense, subject to its receipt of prompt written notice during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage, disintegration or loss arising from abuse, misuse, vandalism, burns, cuts, punctures, improper installation or maintenance, use of improper cleaning agents, washing, drying, application of a treatment or finish after shipment by Innovasia, defects in design or manufacture of furniture, inadequate padding, abrasion from other components or furniture, pilling, fading, use in application other than normal indoor or use subsequent to ownership by the original end-user. Effective January 1, 2019. Products shipped prior to this date will retain their existing warranty coverage. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, NEITHER INNOVASIA, INC. OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF ITS FABRIC FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, INNOVASIA HEREBY DISCLAIM THE SAME. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE. LIABILITY OF INNOVASIA IS LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE FABRIC AND DOES NOT INCLUDE INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LABOR AND REUPHOLSTERY CHARGES.

Innovasia Quality Policies

Quality Control
Purchasers and workroom employees should carefully examine material before cutting to verify correct color and pattern. Variations in color cannot be avoided as dye lots often vary. If an exact color match is required, a cutting of the required color should be submitted with the order. We cannot be held responsible for color variations beyond a reasonable commercial match. On "piece" or "full roll" orders, every effort will be made to ship as closely as possible to the required yardage. However, at times, due to piece size, there may be up to a 10% overage. This is an industry standard. We are not responsible for changes in fabric or color which are due to flame-proofing chemical processes requested by the customer.

Returns and Cancellations

No returns will be accepted without a written authorization. No custom orders may be returned, as all custom sales are final. Made to order items including all curtains, curtain track, upholstered items (i.e. cushions), bedspreads and quilts are not returnable and may not be exchanged. All claims must be made within ninety (90) days of receipt of goods. Credit will not be issued unless the fabric is received on our premises within thirty (30) days from the date of the written return authorization. Anything returned must be in sellable condition, uncut, unwashed and unprocessed. We cannot accept cancellations or returns of orders for fabrics that have been phased-out, closed-out, or products treated with any special finishes such as flame proofing, paper backing, acrylic backing, vinyl or stain-repellent finishes or customs. Returns or cancellations will not be accepted on close-out fabrics.Credit will be allowed on authorized Innovasia Workspace, Innovasia Contract, and Innovasia Acoustic fabric returns as follows:

Cuts of less than 5 meters – No Credit
Cuts of 5 or more meters – 25% Restocking Charge
Full Rolls – 20% Restocking Charge

Customer is responsible for freight and duty for returns. No import duty or VAT will be refunded to the customer on original transactions.

Collage Fabric Policies
Because Collage fabric is woven to order:

Large orders must be ordered in full roll increments
Orders are subject to a 5% variance
Cancellations or Returns are not accepted

Collage fabrics are woven for specific projects including residential and general use. Although many Collage fabrics meet contract specifications, they will state a specific purpose such as decorative use, which may not meet the Association of Contract Textiles (ACT) standard. Customer may request test reports to review. Please contact you Innovasia representative.

Curtain Warranty

Innovasia warrants to the original purchaser of curtains workmanship for a period of one (1) year with remedies as follows: should any failure to conform with this limited warranty appear on the curtain during the first year after the date of shipment, upon prompt written notice Innovasia will repair or replace, at its option, the affected curtain. Innovasia cannot guarantee consistency of color between dye lots.Curtains with recycled polyester yarn content may show minor irregularity in yarn and weaving consistency in double-sided weaving use, particularly in fine gauge plain or jacquard fabrics. Innovasia inspects and removes such defects where possible but cannot guarantee double-sided woven cubicle curtains in recycled polyester content will be free of all such minor defects. Allowances will be given according to Innovasia engineering and inspection policy.This warranty does not apply to: Acts or omissions of parties other than Innovasia or its authorized affiliates, user modification, unusual atmospheric or environmental conditions, washing and drying, abnormal use of curtain including cuts, spills, improper care, cleaning or other misuse of product.
